Training: Mapping connectivity data - introduction to GIS in R

In the frame of WG1 activities, David Kaplan (IRD, UMR MARBEC - Sète, France) led the online Practical workshop “Mapping connectivity data - introduction to GIS in R” on 14th February 2023.

This methodological workshop was an introduction to Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping in R, giving the 78 participants (from 18 countries) R skills to make interactive maps, visualize their marine connectivity data and show static and animated organism tracks.
